Zenyth Pty Ltd , a wholly owned South African subsidiary of Quantum Earth is focused on the development of bi and co-product critical mineral production through joint ventures at fully permitted, existing mining operations. Working alongside established mine owners, including Lower Orange River Diamonds, we unlock additional value from minerals contained in current mining tailings. Zenyth is targeting Heavy Mineral Concentrates containing Titanium, Zircon, REE and Garnet from early 2027.
Lower orange river diamonds and heavy mineral joint venture
Quantum Earth (PTY) Ltd through its operating subsidiary Zenyth (PTY) Ltd has entered into a JV agreement with Lower Orange River (LOR) Diamonds. LOR is a 100% BEE Female owned company operated a mining right of 41 334 hectares encompassing more than 60km of modern and paleo Orange River flow path. The mine is well known in the international gem diamond market for its large, high quality gem diamonds which have become a recognised brand for uncut high quality stones marketed separately to a bespoke, selective buyer market.
Testing and evaluation
Quantum Earth and its operating subsidiary Zenyth are blessed with geological abundance of know mineralisation on its JV with Lower Orange River Diamonds. Quantum Earth’s Chief Executive Errol Smart (PrSciNat) a Professional Registered Natural Scientist with a strong network among Southern African exploration service providers. Errol has a track record of leading discovery and feasibility study teams across the world and remains personally involved with all technical programs.

Zenyth has chosen to locate its bespoke heavy mineral laboratory at the Baken Mine Site on LOR due to the advantages of the operating on an established mine site and in the heart of a rapidly growing district for heavy mineral and REE development.
